The Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) Accelerated Online Course is a condensed version of the NAHMA CPO full 3 day course. This course was designed for busy property managers and has been made available online due to the COVID-19 social distancing recommendations.

Utilizing the condensed version of the CPO course covered in two half day interactive webinars will include electronic copies of the CPO manual, and the HUD 4350 handbook.

After completing the two half days of interactive instruction, participants will be given a voucher number to take the online exam at the location of their choice within three weeks. Students are notified immediately of their test results upon completion of the exam.   

Students that successfully pass the exam will receive a CPO certificate and lapel pin. All CPOs’ will be listed in an online national certification directory. 

We have also included the option to register for the Accelerated CPO as well as the Online HUD Basic Occupancy Course for students with less experience in the affordable housing industry. Students can take the Online HUD Basic Occupancy any time prior to May 18th to help prepare them for the accelerated class.
