Step out of the classroom and into the field for this hands-on, interactive session designed to bring compliance and maintenance training to life. From 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM, participants will be shuttled to a nearby affordable housing property for a guided tour and mock inspection led by experienced housing professionals.

After the on-site walkthrough, attendees will return to the hotel for a facilitated group discussion, sharing observations, asking questions, and reviewing key takeaways from the experience.
